Cool device, not so loud.
It's very cool. But not very loud.Got this because there are multiple alarms in my house and they all sound the same.So this one uses a voice to say what the problem is. That's great. It's not very loud though. I'd say the loudness is like...a loud childrens toy... Going to go out to my car to test it when it "really" goes off...brb...ok back, yea same loudness.It took maybe 15 seconds to go off while the exhaust was blowing in it's face. It immediately hit 999 and said in a slightly quieter voice than the alarm to vacate the area. I like the voice, but it's quiet. I like the alarm but it's quiet. If this was in a bag of clothes and I was standing next to a large fan, I might not hear it. If this was in my basement and I was upstairs in the kitchen with all the doors open...and it was quiet in the house...I might hear it.Overall great device, won't work so well for what I had planned...maybe I'll put it upstairs next to our rooms instead of in the basement.It would be great if you just wanted something to travel with so you don't die like the family from iowa did when they traveled to mexico and the Entire family died from a leak which...I think was CO. Dunno if mexico puts a smell in their natural gas or not..maybe it was gas. Anyway, cool trinket.

Very happy
The first week I installed this, it detected elevated CO1 levels in my apartment. It turned out that there was a problem with the boiler in our apartment building and the CO1 was rising up a shaft in the wall into the kitchen. Thank goodness for this monitor which I keep just outside the kitchen along with one other as verification.

Great product. This was a second type of Carbon monoxide detector I have purchased. Had to return the first for multiple reasons. This one is great so far! Super easy to understand setup and super easy to setup. Works perfectly and has a super sleek design. Love it

Just buy it
For the price this is a terrific buy. I bought it for the house I was selling and it’s was easy to put up, very attractive and modern and barely cost more than it’s ugly competition.

Small, fairly loud. Voice alert is nice. See how long the batteries last? That's the only downside I can see.
