Good Cooling Package with a Caveat
The heatsink and fan are convenient and snap firmly onto the Orange Pi 5 Plus motherboard. The fan is powered by the Orange Pi 5 Plus onboard dedicated fan connector. The only issue I have is that the heatsink lacks thermal paste to ensure good thermal conductivity, and the heatsink intrudes slightly onto a memory chip, preventing the use of a dedicated heatsink on the memory chip, but not enough to provide cooling.
