I wouldn’t recommend this product as it doesn’t offer good value for money. After a few weeks of normal use the teepee developed a huge tear in the thin fabric. I contacted the seller and after sending the attached photos to them, they agreed to send a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement we have received is also faulty. There is a tie missing so the door can not be tied back on one side, and where the tie is missing is very poor/loose stitching. I don’t see the replacement lasting long either. I contacted the seller who implied I must be a liar as they have sold thousands of these and never had an issue. I shopped around for a nice teepee that would last my children for their childhood. I thought this looked a good quality one so didn’t mind paying the higher price. I wish I’d just gone with a cheaper option.

The poles are made of two separate pieces held together by a plastic connector, a tube. The poles constantly fall out. As other reviewers have done I glued them. The issue is that the plastic connector is itself two pieces glued together...a push and that falls to pieces. It is just very shoddily made and there is not much else to say...save yourself time after time of trying to glue and cello tape those sticks together...

It’s pretty, the mat is quite padded so that’s really nice, hope it will last a bit :) my only issue is the colour as I was expecting quite a bit lighter, especially on the cushions, otherwise we are happy with it :) we bought it as a birthday gift for our 1 year old, he likes it, our dog loves it :))

I am very disappointed about the quality of this product, my little girl never used it and one of the pole broke... Asked for a replacement, I couldn't dismantled the teepee, I had 4 pole sent, so it was missing 4 pôles againand the person from the customer didn't understand the teepee has 4 poles built with 8 poles, so after 2 weeks and 5 mail to explain the same thing I had 4 pôles sent again, and guess what they don't fit again 😑😑😑, very disappointed, expensive and very bad customer service.. I would not recommended it.

Excellent product. Very well made, quality of material is brilliant and very thick. Has been made with care and quality in mind. Looks better in the flesh, not a stitch out of place. Ties together in plenty of places to ensure a good fit and finish. Cushions are well stuffed and plump and don't lose their shape. Worth every penny. Looks even better when finished with some little star fairy lights up the outside of the poles and around the top to just set it off. Christmas present for my 4 year old daughter and she absolutely loves it and spends more time inside of it than she does outside.

Great design, delivered promptly easy to assemble. The pillows it comes with are also very cute and a brillIant addition to the product! Our 14mnth old took to Teepee straight away! Crawls in and out and dragged his books inside to read. Playmat it comes with is soft and comfy and he is fascinated by the little window too! Going to b a part of his bedroom for a long time!Just four stars as ours had a few minor defaults (one of the tiestrings came off & one pillow had a weird looking stain on it) but these are easy to fix.

Looks lovely in pictures but far to over priced, really thin material, my little girl got hers for her 5th birthday, start of this month and she fell over and the window ripped right down.

This was bought for my grandsons second birthday. He adores it and my daughter often finds he has snuggled inside! The fabric is good quality and the poles are sturdy and smooth. The mat is thick and comfy and the cushions are unbelievably soft- very tactile. So many toys seem to have limited use and appeal but I think this will be one of those items from his childhood he will remember. It looks good enough just to leave out in the sitting room. Highly recommended am very pleased with the purchase .
