Does the job
I used this across the bottom and it looks amazing. Easily saved hundreds of $$ over getting new parts. It took me a few attempts to get it on. But it's super secure in place so well worth that effort. I got a new windshield and the weather stripping was dried out and would crumble when touched. So I tried finding weather stripping at the local auto parts store but they didn't have anything. So I ordered this strip. It was super easy to install and looks great. I would buy it again. Definitely recommend

Direction (starting point) of attachment is misleading and seems backwards to me.
I just installed this trim today, so it's early to comment on quality and durability of the product just yet.As much as the video provided was helpful to get me started, I think it is misleading. Starting in the middle, with the straight portion proved problematic when I got to the end where the "s" curve in the trim wraps around the post area. I found that the trim was too long at this point and therefore could not be "snapped" on to the caul. So, I pulled it off and started from the other end of the trim piece and worked it on in the opposite direction. I found the written instructions unclear regarding prep, as well. And don't even start without a plastic molding tool to gently move the caul away from the glass where it was tight and you need to expose edge. Where I am now is with a perhaps one inch overlap of the right and left trim pieces that I am hesitating to cut off. I do think my change of direction was the right thing to do.By the way, the video has this very strange ending where the person attaching the trim inexplicably pulls off the short section of chrome trim near the post and then reattaches it with no explanation of why or how this is successfully done. I'm not pulling any chrome off my car! Will this product last over time? I don't know. Will it work itself off the caul? I don't know. Is it worth the price? If it holds up, yes. It is a specialty product and the clean look of applied none cracked or missing trim is well worth it.I'll update this review later.

This product was a complete waste of time and money! It literally looked like a piece of window trim! Did not properly fit nor did it even stay on.

mixed emotions
Definitely need to leave it out in the sun to warm up so it is more pliable. For a do it yourself person it can be quite challenging to install because you have to really get it in just right. Would be helpful if it had come with instructions or maybe even helpful hints.
