Third party obstacle avoidance calibration much too difficult.
I would give it 5 stars except they don't have in house obstacle avoidance calibration software. When I contacted EXO on this problem they didn't respond. In the air it is very impressive. For a first time drone owner there is a big learning curve, but every other feature worked great.I have discovered that EXO support reply is going into my spam folder and their development team is currently working on my calibration issue. So 5 stars.

Would not work with Android
Thought this would be nice, after seeing it on a video working. It does not come with a screen, so your phone or tablet is what you would use to see the camera. However after all the setting up time wasted (14 hours) it would not recognize my Android® phone (Motorola®) or my tablet (Samsung®). The company apparently doesn't have a product support phone number that works, the website is useless for troubleshooting. The YouTube official set up video is useless. They show a Apple product, however they say it will work with Android. Really? Then why don't they show a video using the Android OS? Item was returned and I bought another popular brand with a monitor built into the remote. This may work fine for you if you are using Apple products, but I don't know for sure. I won't buy this brand in the future.

Blackhawk 2 Pro. Be sure you download the right APP for the Blackhawk 2 Pro.
Took a day for EXO's support to finally figure out that I had the wrong APP. Actually, they directed me to totally charge everything overnight, then it didn't work. Then reinstall the APP and that's when I found in the user comments that everyone was having trouble with the APP - because EXO directed me to the wrong APP in their documentation. Once I figured that out and asked Support for the right APP, they gave me a link that took me to the Blackhawk 2 APP. You can search Google APPs for the Blackhawk APP just don't get the EXO APP. So far, we're moving forward.

Poor Customer Service & Product Support
The product should be better than this but it’s not…Worst off, the customer service ppl for product support is woeful. The Blackhawk I bought had a faulty controller and till now, efforts to have a new one sent to me is pathetic and unsuccessful. One of the responses I had was to switch off and on, my cell phone and fiddle with it somehow…imagine this!!! For a product I spent roughly $1200.00 on, I guess I deserve a lot better treatment and service than what I got…I usually don’t do this…but I have to…to save someone out there!!!!

Terrible unorganized support
I purchased this drone which seems good quality. However in purchasing a service contract and also an extra battery and blades the experience and excitement of my new drone plunged. In all attempts to first find out when I will simply get the exo cares Emil with my protection plan details turned out to be painful and still unclear. My order for a simple battery and set of blades has yet to arrive for my upcoming trip. In attempting to reach support for this company I find this is more like dealing with a company that has no idea why they are doing. My inquiry to my battery and blades (I included the order number) returned n email about a drone I bought and didn’t receive because the drones are over sold, I have the drone I simply need to know where the additional battery and blades are that show in transit for three weeks now, not some other drone I did not order or has anything to do with me. So I’d say if I have a real drone support issue or trouble with the drone I may as well toss it I’m the trash then attempt to get real support.

Feature full but..
The drone is pretty nice, it has all the features of the new DJI Air 3...It doesn't have the range of the Air 3 and my inexperience led me to wish I'd bought another drone. It didn't occur to me that phone calls or text messages could interfere with screen access and that almost cost me the drone due to loss of access to the UI. Make sure you configure your phone appropriately 😆I found the range to max out at about 2.5 miles rather than the advertised 5 miles. This was disappointing because I purchased it to photograph wildlife, including waterfowl which can require a bit of range to make an intercept. The one mechanical annoyance and it was a big one was the gimbal is fragile. I didn't purchase the warranty and when I dinged it, a cable to the gimbal broke. I reached out to EXO and was willing to pay full cost for the repair but they wouldn't allow it.So lesson learned. Buy the warranty.

Don't believe what you see about flight time and range.
When I tested this drone, I had high expectations. They were dashed with my first flight. The biggest disappointment was the flight time. I got about 35 minutes from power-up to forced low-battery landing. The range was also very disappointing. I lost RC connection about the same time as I was about to lose VLOS. Other disappointments are as follows:This drone makes a very loud high-pitched scream which is much more obnoxious than most other drones of its size. When the drone fly's full-stick forward, it makes stutter-like sounds and jerks which I cannot explain. The video at max range is very jerky.I have owned dozens of drones since 2011, and I sent this one back after my first test flight.
