I don't know how you get through knee replacement without this!! Not having to freeze ice packs over and over again is the biggest help for your caregiver and you don't have to wait for relief. I used mine for about three months and will use it again on days when pain and swelling pop up. Easy to set up, wrap around the affected area, sleep with, and maintain. I used a five gallon bucket and froze small water bottles instead of using ice. Much cheaper than renting one when it isn't covered by insurance. Very quiet.

This product has been a god-send! I can’t believe how well it works vs an ice pack. I thought it was overkill but I was sooooo happy to have it after knee surgery. I took another reviewers advice and (1) keep it in a small cooler and (2) use frozen water bottles as opposed to just ice in the water. It stays cold for 24 hours - I just switch out the frozen bottles every morning and it doesn’t skip a beat - still cold from the night before.

This works great for my knee replacement therapy! It is easy to set up, comfortable and helps with my knee pain and swelling. I elevate my knee on a big pillow to above my heart when using. I also use a light clean dish towel between the machine and my pants or skin so it doesn’t get too cold.I like that it automatically shuts off after 20 minutes as that’s the recommended time to ice.The only downside is that the collapsing bucket used to hold the ice water is large. I have a smaller one I use instead.

Good product! Down side is soft case which we put in a bucket or box for easy moving. Light weight, duration turns off when reach 30 minutes, relieves pain. Works great no complaint.

Not gonna lie, it’s pretty great.

Okay three days of use and bag tank now leaks everywhere but like I said you get what you pay for this isn’t a real expensive unit. The key point is that the hose is good. The pump is good and the part and the knee pad is good so what I’m going to do is just drop it in a 5 gallon bucket and repair my cheap ass leg you could go the more expensive route, though if you need to use it on a periodic basis, but I do believe that this thing is fine for the person who is on a serious budget and again you can use a 5 gallon bucket in lieu of the leaky bag it doesn’t matter just put ice and water in it as long as the pump works you’re good

The item basically does as says but the bag is cheap and leaked first use. It is also poorly insulated and the ice does not last long at all, you get one leaky use and have to refresh the ice every other time. I’m sure the plastic cooler type work much much better. This item is inexpensive and is obvious why when unpacked. It’ll be on its way back tomorrow. Ended up using the tried and true OG frozen veggies, works much better.

Perfect for icing and post-surgery icing. We had to order one emergency for my GF after surgery adn this thing was perfect.I will say, it is impossible to rinse the lines. I mean it, impossible. And you will get some water in the tubes. We'll see how much of an issue is the next time we decide to use it, but for the 7 weeks straight that we used the machine, it was literally perfect.
