Very Fine Cable Manager
I find network people are divided on the use of cable organizers. I use them when I can, which is when there is room in the rack for them. So some of our racks use them, and some don't. Generally speaking, the racks with cable management are much easier to work on and make diagnosing problems and making changes much easier. This is a really good management system, very well thought out. All the cable paths are over smoothed edges, and it works beatifully with any standard switches or other gear. The prices of $18 is really great. I should mention this is plastic, which might be a problem in certain situations. But for our uses, it's been just great.

Functional, But Handle with Care
The Iwillink 1U 19" Cable Manager serves its purpose well in simplifying cable management, but I have reservations about its overall durability. While the design is straightforward and effective, I deducted two stars due to concerns about the quality and rigidity of the tabs. Each corner features four tabs that secure the panel onto the frame. Unfortunately, during the initial removal of the front panel for cable routing, the bottom right clip snapped off with minimal force. This was a disappointing experience, especially considering the product was brand new.I remain hopeful that the cable manager will continue to function without further issues, but the early breakage of a tab raises concerns about its overall durability. If another tab were to break in the future, I may have to explore alternative products with a higher build quality, even if they come with a higher price tag. For now, I'm cautiously optimistic that my investment will hold up over time, but I would advise potential buyers to handle this cable manager with care during installation and maintenance.

Value cable manager
Not the "greatest" quality in that the plastic feels a little brittle or cheap? but it does get the job done. I am no professional but like the look of the cable manager vs the jumpers showing, so this works for my rack setup. Just take care when manipulating the tabs!

Rolled edges that won’t slice network cable.
I absolutely love that this finger duct has rolled/curved molded edges on the backplate. The fingers are very sturdy, and the cover plate locks in place.I ordered for use in redoing our networking at our new office. Before it arrived, we decided to change up the design - eliminating the need for finger ducts. The primary reason for the design change was to avoid the potentiometer for damaged and pinched wires: something we experienced at our previous location with metal backed finger ducts that had stamped and sharp pass through ports.Had I known how sturdy this finger duct was going to be, and that it had curved edges that protect the wires, we would have stuck with our original design.Either way, I came out a winner as I am incorporating this into my home lab rack.If you have had bad experiences with finger ducts (fingers that get misshapen, sharp pass through ports, covers that won’t stay put - I strongly recommend you give this finger duct a try. It will redeem the concept and practice of using finger ducts to clean up networking.

It works well and is faily priced.
Most rack mounted accessories are insanely priced for what you get, this is an exception. It is made of plastic, but it's quality plastic and designed very well. It's easy to mount and I used my own mounting hardware so that everything matched so I can't comment on the hardware included but it looks to be good.At first, I found it difficult to get the front cover on and off until I figured out the easy way. To remove the cover, unclip it from the top and rotate it down. It will even sort of 'lock' itself horizontally which is handy. To reinstall the cover, clip it onto the bottom side then swing it up and clip the top. If you try to take it off or put it on all at once, you're going to have a hard time.I love how clean this makes my rack look. I have been wanting these, but the price is insane for the others. This one is great. Highly recommended.
