Not had any problems so far. The device is easy to use, charges efficiently and for smaller items the slots allow a good fit while charging or for storage. Smart phones in otterbox style cases fit fine. Kindle Fire in a slimline case fits fine, Kindle Fire in a faux leather case is a little snug. I-Pad in a faux leather case does not fit unless you remove a divider to create extra room. The most I've charged all at one time was a Kindle Fire, a Smart Phone and an MP3 player - no lag in charging times with multiple devices going together. Haven't felt the charger getting hot - there are vent holes in the back so make sure you keep them clear and open.

It holds my phones, kindles, and ipad nice and neat so I'm not looking for charging cords and chargers all the time. The quick charging ports are great and charge noticeably faster, which is great when kids are waiting to play games on the ipad. I have only had it two months so didn't feel I could comment on durability. It seems a little bit flimsy but is holding up fine so far. I don't mess with it much, just leave it in the same spot all the time. Thought I would order the 6" cords for a nice neat look, but so far the long cords haven't been a problem. Product works exactly as advertised and I'm very pleased with it.

I like having all items charging in one spot. Not a fan of the way the wires lay, don’t like that the slots as they won’t always stay put and one of the wires stopped working completely after a week of use. It still functions for the most part but it is a case of “you get what you pay for”. Down the road, I will exchange for a sturdier item that also hides the cords.

Although I confess I don't have the habit yet of actually consistently using this well enough to keep everything charged and ready, eventually when I get disciplined it's going to improve my life. I freed up and keep my old chargers around the house -- in the kitchen, by my desk -- and this stays near my desk so I can (ideally) set everything to charge overnight, but sometimes a device escapes me in a pocket or pack/purse!Although the very short cords look very neat, I think I will get slightly longer, perhaps 12" cables when I need to replace them. It feels a little cramped trying to wiggle the cord in without disturbing the base with other devices resting in it sometimes, as I have arthritis and mobility issues.

It is very beautiful and durable, but is not appropriate for after 2019 version Mac products. As you can see attached pictures, connector is totally different. Please check your device first and then chose right things.We would love to use it as holder for lite books, I-pat and I-phone.

I was pleased to discover that this product is capable of delivering its rated power and current outputs. My equipment measured 9V/1.91A on the QC3 ports and 5V/2A on the ipad ports, which is close enough in real life. The one thing that could be improved is the device dividers come out too easily, I would like them to fit more tightly. They are so loose that sometimes they come out when I remove a phone and the phone rubs on the divider in the process.

I just purchased this unit and separate cables. The unit was fine, but the cables were too wide to use with my iPhone 6 and two iPads. I wrote to the company. They responded over the weekend. Said they would resend the correct cables at their expense, and I didn't have to return the cables that did not fit. They paid for express shipping and the new cables are great! Love the size of the unit (smaller than I anticipated), no more wires all over the place, and I can charge all the units at once. Would definitely purchase from OthoKing again. Could not ask for better customer service.

This product helps us keep our devices in order and the cords untangled. Unfortunately one of the plugs on our unit stopped working within 2 months but we still use the other slots daily. The dividers could be a little taller as a large tablet tends to want to fall out if not placed carefully in one position or in the middle. Dont put a tablet on the end over the edge of a table...
