I originally left a negative review on this product, and returned the charging station, but since then, Othoking has tirelessly reached out to me to try to address my concern. They sent me a new product, and I'm happy to say it works great. More importantly, my faith has been restored by a company that cares this much to try to make things right. Excellent customer service!

This charging station is absolutely beautiful! Made of real bamboo, it will be a nice functional accent to any house. The assembly is very quick and easy, and it is ready to use within seconds. No more scattered electronic devices or lost charging cords in my house! And, most importantly, it is very compact, so it will keep your house organized without taking up a lot of counter space.    It will make a great gift to a high school/ college student or a married couple, or anyone who owns more than one electronic device, like a cell phone or a tablet. (The slots are not big enough to hold a laptop, however.) A unique and useful product!

I am very happy with my purchase of the charging station. It looks and works as advertised and has really helped our family to tidy up our charging area. The only downside I've found is that the "lightning charger" port doesn't work on all of our devices. It works great on our cell phones (what it's designed for, I believe), but my Kindle Fire 8 wouldn't charge on that particular port.The bamboo is a great look.

This ia great, though my spouse ran off with it [ :-) ]. That said, the product is as depicted on the ad. There is a short divider for the front device, so that if you need to turn off the alarm, as the home button is assessable. Though just to of the box, the quality of the material looks very good. I hope and think it will last a long time. If I had known my spouse would "kidnap" the station I would have gotten a product (maybe) to accommodate her Apple watch.Overall pleased (spouse very much as well).

This company gets an A+ for customer service, they reached out and contacted me from a review and wanted to set things right. They were very helpful and kind and were willing to do whatever needed to be done to get things in order. I could see people taking advantage of them. I was mistaken in my review and realized that the cables I had actually purchased was the issue (SMALLElectric Cables 1FT for Short iPhone Charger Cable 5Pack, Fast Charging USB Cord Compatible with iPhone). I plugged the one cable that got hot into another port and device and it got very hot but another cable in the port that got hot before worked just fine so it wasn't the port or the charging station.I wish there was a beep or something other than just a blue light that blinks to indicate a problem because it is still a fire hazard if it continues to put out enough power to get it that hot and not realize there is a problem.Old 1 Star Review: Just like the others have said I went ahead and purchased this because of good reviews. I have had it for a few months now and it has charged our family devices well. However last night I smelled a burning smell but I couldn't locate it my son kept saying it was him because he was working on the car. I opened the window and went to bed. I woke up and my device was not charged when I went to grab another connector when mine wouldn't work and burned my fingers because one had gotten so hot. There was a blinking blue light which I didn't know what that meant. Not sure why this happens but that cable wasn't even plugged in but yet it was getting power like crazy! Glad it didn't catch on fire while we were asleep. Glad at least it had a blinking light though it didn't help.

Many of us have many devices that require charging these days, and this lovely bamboo unit really solves that problem. IT keeps various devices in one place and really cuts done on the tangle of wires all over your dresser, desk, nightstand or where you have your "Charging Station". I might get one or 2 more for aa couple other areas of the house.Any item I review has been fully bought and paid for by me. I do not receive any free or reduced price items from Amazon or any sellers here. No one pays me for any reviews. I don't regularly sit down and review items simply due to my time. I do try to do several at a time after a few months. ALSO I like to get at least several weeks of use from an item before writing a review. I feel that the short " arrived on time , well packaged" ebay sort of review is of little value to most shoppers. I really appreciate the people who take the time to write a couple of paragraphs about their experience with products they buy. My reviews are honest and accurate to the best of my knowledge at the time of the review of the product.

I saw a similar one at a friend's house and felt very good.He could put six different devices together neatly to charge them.Not only save space, and look beautiful and generous.So I went to Amazon for about an hour, mostly plastic and iron.I put some in the shopping cart and found this wooden one. I like it very much.Whether it is the appearance color and the material, is what I want to look for most! So in all kinds of comparisons, I finally chose this model to place an order! The speed of logistics is very commendable.I received this shelf in three days.He didn't disappoint me at all. The material is very thick and beautiful.It is simple and convenient to used and very space-saving and useful . I like it very much.

In addition to my wife's ongoing device charging practices for her phone and tablet collection, she now has a find-able charging station. The power cord is strung through the back of her night-stand which immobilizes the station. And it looks a lot better than her wall-wart collection. The station is well build and adequately powered, so no negatives on those issues.I didn't order any cord collection because I needed 2@ micro USB, the newer USB type C, and the legacy Apple 1" wide connectors which I retrieved from my stores.
