This is my first bidet and I love it! I've always wanted to try one and this one did not disappoint. It was affordable and pretty easy to install. I also like that it is adjustable! I would definitely recommend this product.

Installation seemed pretty straight forward. Bidet nozzle did not seat securely and when the water was on the stream was not straight down the middle no matter how I adjusted the fitting. The t fitting was too short for the undertank fitting and would not stop leaking no matter how tight I made it. Didn’t seem long enough to seat the rubber washer. Not sure if it’s our toilet which is an extra tall with long seat but I could not adjust the stream straight down the bowl. Overall too much wrong so it’s getting returned.

I LOVE my waterpik! It was so easy to install, the quality of the product was clean and very well put together, and it works wonderfully! I never had one, and always wanted to try, and I am so glad I did! It truly works and I love how clean I feel when I come out of the bathroom. Definitely would recommend this product to everyone I know!

Waterpark BeWell Bidet. On the install, everything was easy until I got to the T adapter. It came with a flat washer to attach to the flush valve instead of the industry standard cone washer. Couldn't get it to stop leaking! These fittings are supposed to be installed finger tight and not leak. After multiple install and uninstalls, (about an hour and lots of water on the floor) I finally twisted the fitting hard enough with a liberal coating of silicone grease on the washer. I was afraid that I would break the plastic flush valve with the stress required to get the fitting tight enough. I guess the manufacturer saved maybe 5 cents by using flat washer. I'll pick up the correct part next time I'm at a plumbing supply or I'll just return the item. If you don't recognize the terms I'm using in this review, you probably need to have a plumber do the install for you. He'll probably have the correct part on his truck. Update: I decided to return the item. The water control knob has 2 pressure stops. The first one just causes water to dribble out of the nozzle shield. The second stop shoots water out. I am guessing that it is probably the built-in backflow preventer, but not sure. I purchased a different brand, and it also had a flat washer for the fresh water connection. It works for what it is, feels good with cold water only. It was an easy install.

This Bidet was so easy to install compared to other brands we have tried. We love how this one you are able to adjust the angle of spray. Definitely would recommend this product to everyone I know!

There's a lot to like here. The adjustable nozzle, the automatic nozzle rinse when you turn it on and off... Unfortunately the pressure is just so weak that I'd struggle to say that the pressure is even adjustable.That being said, it'll get the job done. This might be ideal for someone elderly or simply concerned about sensitive skin but if you like to feel a good "power washing" clean then this isn't the one for you.

This was very easy to install. Bidets has different settings to adjust water pressure and nozzle allows for perfect height for each user.
