It worked
Recently the Bamboo in our front garden decided to have a wander and headed under the drive. At the same time I saw a news article on the BBC where a very large clump of Bamboo had totally undermined a house causing huge amounts of damage and expense. So my wife and I decided it had to go, even though we love Bamboo and I started by digging up the main plant (phew that was not easy). However I did not want to start digging up the drive so I tried this and it worked. I must admit I used it in a very strong solution just to be sure it would work, which it did.Since then I have used a weaker solution on a couple of hardy weeds in the drive with mixed results which is why I have knocked a star off. You don't get a lot for you money, but I am really happy as it did what we bought it for. I will not be buying Bamboo again (sadly)

Works well
Use this to kill bamboo shoots springing up in our garden from our neighbour’s bamboos. Kills them quickly.

Good for stump killing
I've used this stump killer before and yes it's expensive, but it is concentrate and does work (don't compare with the cheaper, ready to use diluted offerings as it's not the same animal). No need to describe it as that information is available on the listing and contents box. Suffice to say it can be used as a stump killer or for treating problem weeds/briars. I have a few self seeded Ash, Buddleia and Birch saplings awkwardly placed amongst established shrubs so digging out isn't a desired option. Instead i'll cut down and treat the remaining stumps to stop any regrowth, with enough product left to re-treat if necessary.

Weedkiller
Roundup is the best weedkiller around, it is more well known as Roundup over its chemical name of Glyphosate. Roundup as a brand is super pricey for a meagre quantity and if you are willing to do a little search you can find litres of this stuff under its Glyphosate name at a fraction of the cost. However, I can't take away from them the effectiveness of Glyphosate. They kill weeds, bushes, etc with ease. I have hedgerows that start getting small shoots coming up from nearby soil from offcuts after yearly trimming. They are easily taken care of with this stuff.Note that Glyphosate was due to be banned in the UK and EU but has had a reprieve for the last 5 years but would imagine it will disappear at some point due the argument that its bad for health and wildlife (watercourse pollution etc).Good to have some in stock for when this will eventually happen.4 stars but super pricey as Roundup.

Effective and powerful weed control solution, to be used with care
I was offered a box of Roundup tree stump killer for a non-biased review, which I was more than happy to do as I’ve used it before to manage weeds and stumps. I was very pleased by how effectively it treated the areas, and it’s my go-to heavy-duty unwanted plant control solution when physical removal isn't possible. It comes in a robust little bottle with a child safe cap and integrated spout for controlled pouring. The 250ml is concentrate and it makes up to 100 times its own volume when used for spraying of weeds. What I find it best for is keeping unwanted trees and shrubs in check; mostly wild and generally seeded by birds and squirrels etc. Rather than chopping these down, bringing in a farm jack or stump grinder, a small amount of this product takes care of the issue and stops the tree or shrub in its tracks. A few carefully applied drops to cuts in the tree, or liquid brushed directly onto a fresh stump, gets to work quickly and stops further shoots from growing. The various uses and dilution ratios are explained in great detail on the packaging. It provides info on what it does, the best time of year to apply it and how much should be used. The product has worked extremely well for me, but it should be used with extreme care being taken. I always wear protective gloves and clothing and never breathe it in (wear a correct mask if spraying with this stuff). In terms of how good or bad it is for the environment or health I couldn’t comment, but as a product that works to help keep large areas and vast numbers of trees and shrubs well managed (and neighbouring plants well spaced and healthy) it is almost essential in my experience, as natural and chemical free methods would leave my land overgrown and out of control. It’s not what I'd call cheap, but it’s available to the public and works as well as any similar professional product that I’ve tried over the years, so I think the price is reasonable.

Works on ivy too
I'm not usually a chemical weedkiller user tbh as I prefer to use a burner due to having a dog and kids and don't want chemicals near either of them but the ivy that grows rapid around the front and back gardens is starting to defeat me and it's impossible to use a burner when the stuff is wrapped around fencing etcEnter round up stump killer which is doing a great job and I would buy more of this as its been one of the best weed killers I've used.It is however rather pricey here but I'd rather pay extra for something that works rather than purchasing one that fails. It is quite effective and starts to work it's magic very quickly. I'm not sure how it performs on tree stumps as I haven't got any lol but I'm sure it would do an equally good job.Impressed with this.
