Complicated! For 12+, NOT 6+
First of all, on the advertisement it says this is for 6+ year olds. HOWEVER, on the box it says it is for 12+ year olds.I'm much older than that and struggling with it. The struggle isn't the assembly though. The struggle is reading the instructions and decifering the tiny images of what piece they are trying to get me to find.I spent a few hours on it and my 8 year old is trying to help. She started on it, but had to have me take over. Also, it comes in about 12 plastic bags. Half of them are labeled '1' and the other half are labeled '2'. Then they have some sub-labeling, but none of those labels are referenced in the instruction book. What I've ended up doing so far is open all of the bags labeled '1' and spread out those pieces to help find and decipher some of the smaller pieces to see if that's what the instruction is asking me to get. You may want to get them grouped into their types of pieces because there are hundreds of tiny pieces. The larger pieces are shown in exact size in the instruction book, so they are easier to match up. So that helps a little at least.I'm not saying it's impossible to do, because it IS possible to complete. But it's not like a Lego setup. This is a level harder. It'll be a challenge and could be a fun one for many, but decifering the instructions will be the most challenging part. There are also gears to be attached and some of them take two gears at a time and facing different directions to turn other gears and must be assembled at the same time, along with the motor. My 8 year old was not able to figure that out and the pictures were tough to see which way the gears were supposed to go, or if it was the gray gear or the gold gear. They both look a version of dark gray on the instruction sheet. And what bag are they in? Well, who knows. Just dig away, or dump and sort.It can be complicated fun, but don't expect to have it done in an hour or two...or three...or four.Maybe if they did better on the instructions with larger and clearer images and better descriptions on the pieces and what possible bag they could be located in it wouldn't be as aggravating and eye straining. Also, they need to to change the age description. There is NO WAY this is for your typical impatient 6 or 7 year olds. Dear old Dad here will get it done hopefully this weekend when I can set aside a good handful of hours and put on some chill tunes.

Don't recommend.
The bags are clearly labeled and the order is clear, unfortunately the instructions are some of the worst I've ever seen and its not always clear to tell which way the 2 to 1 rods are facing when joining parts together. If you're looking for a build that should be simple, but isn't and is sure to irritate you then look no further. Otherwise id stay away from this build. Not recommended and definitely not for the younger builders.Another thing is the charging port on the motor is located in a horrible spot as getting a cable to plug into it will require you bend a cable into position which will destroy the cable faster than usual.Absolutely not worth the price point.
