Easy to install
This is a replacement for the original mount that came with my N4 Pro kit. This was really easy to install and the camera just clicks into position.No fussy wiring needed.It took less than 5 minutes for me to remove the original mounting bracket and install this one.One thing to consider is the shallower the slope of the windshield the more challenging it is to get the camera to see directly in front of the car.

This "temporary" mount will apparently last the life of the car!
I've used these suction cup mounts before and had to reattach them within a week after they came loose. But this one has an ultra glossy cup surface, and seems to be able to hold indefinitely. It's been on the sun-heated windshield for two months and shows no sign of wanting to let go. So be aware, if you're using it "temporarily". It can be detached and reused, but not very easily!

Perfection - Should be included with the camera
This is perfect for my VANTRUE N5. I tried every combination of sticky mounts, but the Florida heat just melted it off. This suctions easily, but doesn't budge once it's locked in. Had it in place for a couple of months of Florida summer and haven't noticed any warping and it hasn't come off at all. Honestly feels like this should have been included with the camera. Definitely recommended if you have problems with your camera coming undone or if you need to swap between vehicles frequently.

Easy setup, excellent quality. My only complaint is that I can’t download videos instantly to phone, you do have to hook to computer. Other than that, highly recommended

Good dash/rear camera — required professional install
Works great just needed a professional install which was pricey but not unexpected.

Strong hold
We decided to switch our mount from the adhesive to suction as we found in warmer Temps the mounting tape would lose its adhesion and the camera would fall. This mount uses a ratchet technique to apply suction that after 4 months seems to hold strong and true. Fits the camera as well as the original so we have been very pleased

Fantastic
This is a great alternative to the 3M sticker mount that comes with the Vantrue N4 Pro. It holds the dash cam securely and can be removed easily to take the dash cam to another vehicle. The suction cup is powerful and sticks well. I would definitely recommend this for anyone that has the Vantrue N4 Pro or the Vantrue N5 dash cam.
