timer is a great feature. the switch is clunky. using the magnetic mount is not great for using switch since downward force is applied.this is bright! giving it 3 for the brightness and having a timer button (which is not in line with the switch - if it was I would have sent it back for the switch is wimpy)it is a bit on the flimsy side of a build. but, for the price that is expected.this is thicker than it has to be.UPDATE: now won't stay on any of our fridges, stainless steel and traditional steel. boo.I would like to see this without the switch and a big timer button... extra magnet or stronger one and this wouldbe a 5 star.

Way overpriced for what you get. Straight out of the box one of the two magnets (for mounting on metal) fell to the floor. The switch has a little short or something. Usually you have to flip it off and on more than once and with more force than you'd suspect to get it on. The timer function does work which is why I wanted this particularly light. The bottom line is by the time you buy batteries and 3M double sided tape or whatever you have to add to mount the light to metal you have over $20 invested. There are so many better options, it's a regrettable purchase.

I have one kitchen cabinet that has a small opening but is deep, long and dark. I actually use a flashlight to see what I'm looking for -- until this. It is very, very bright and switches on and off like a regular lightswitch. I am sure there are many other uses but it helped me for this peculiar predicament.

These were just what I needed for an upstairs closet. The light is bright enough to let me see what I've got inside and I really like that it's battery powered so I can just take more batteries up and have light ready in just a minute or two. And I like the choice of either using the on/off switch or just pushing the timer button if I'm just going after one or two things.Great little bright and shiny lights!

Simple, bright add on light. Manual on/off switch only worked for 2 Days! Timer feature still functional.

Pretty typical battery-powered wall LED, works well. Particularly got this one because of the AA batteries (instead of AAA) and the shutoff timer. -1 star because I assumed the timer button was to enable the option on the switch, not to act as a separate button. Unintuitive, especially when fumbling blindly, so everyone will wind up using the switch without the auto shutoff, defeating the purpose of paying more for this model. Works fine, but my next will be a different model.

Light works well. I thought there were four units but there is only one with 4 light bars. My mistake.

I don't have overhead lights in my bedrooms, but with one of these mounted by the entrance I now have a way of filling the room with light. The timer is a nice feature turning the light off in 1 minute.
