Comes put together on the box & extremely easy to wheel a patient.
This is an absolutely awesome wheelchair. So sturdy and easy to use. Very compact and came all put together. Light and so easy to wheel someone from A to B. Very very pleased.

So happy with this chair for my mom
Have to say this little transport chair is a life saver. Mom has Alzheimer's and her ability to walk using a walker has decreased substantially. She still does a short walk using a walker and one person ahead and another person behind to help stabilize her, each morning from bed to bathroom (about 25 feet). From Bathroom to living and throughout the remainder of the day, we use this chair to transport mom around the house. It is narrow enough to fit through any doorway and it's comfortable, easy to move around. We keep the arms pulled back so they are not in her way. Great chair.

Durable
This chair is well made only complaint is it’s too short to the floor which makes the average height person in the US stoop or hunch back over when pushing.

Excelente producto
The media could not be loaded.

Waste of Time: Brakes don't lock
This is a small wheelchair with a low handle height--that is perfect for my mom to sit in and me to push; most travel wheelchairs are too big for her and the handle height too tall for me to push a long ways comfortably. However, the brakes do not lock as intended. This makes it useless and dangerous. I had hoped the first one I received was defective, so I returned it and requested a replacement. But the second one is exactly the same. The brake holds only while I'm squeezing the bars together. But the hole that the pin (with the red knob) must enter to lock the brakes is too far away from the pin. I squeezed the bars with all my might and although the pin moved closer, it would not enter the hole. I looked with a flashlight while my 6', very strong nephew squeezed the bars together as indicated in the videos and instruction sheet, and I could see that the pin simply wouldn't reach the hole and click into place for the lock. This is a mechanical flaw--it was made wrong. I'm so disappointed, because the wheelchair was perfect in every other way for us. I'll look for a different brand that is similar, but perhaps gets the lock for the brakes right.

Awesome customer service
The media could not be loaded. Received this transport wheelchair & at first it appeared very sturdy but did not roll it around. My brother in law who inspects every square inch said the wheel was wobbly & the rim was broken. Sending it back, probably was a dud/defect but still gonna get the same one. Keeping fingers crossed.Updated: Customer service was great! They emailed me right away regarding a replacement. I have since received a new replacement & it’s fantastic!

Unsafe Wheelchair
Bought this wheelchair for my terminally ill dad who is a frail elderly male. The back wheel broke off in less than 2 weeks of having the WC. Thankfully he was not injured. Highly disappointed.

Lightweight, easy to fold, sturdy
We bought this for travel. We wanted to take it on the plane for international traveling and excursions. It worked beautifully. It is lightweight and folded very easily with the touch of a button. It fit in our taxis, in the plane, and was an obtrusive in our hotel room once folded. It is small, which means it is not going to feel secure and stable with a heavy person, moving up hills or on uneven surfaces. My husband is 150 but it was still a little challenge to feel like it was stable pushing him. We ended up using it more like a walker, so that he could sit and be pushed in an urgent situation, but need not be pushed all the time. To compare it to a walker, it was definitely easier to fold into a smaller size than our fellow travelers had with their walkers. it also is much sturdier if in fact, you need to ride And be pushed for any reason, such as just being too tired to walk further. It was easy to get up and downstairs, on and off our cruise ship, and to Fold or Tuckaway in a restaurant.
