Arrived damaged. Company stood behind their product.
Update. The seller has been great in correcting the problem by shipping a replacement docking station overnight. I appreciate the seller making things right.The initial dock arrived with a severed power cord. I requested a replacement and several Days later that apparently was lost in the delivery system. I have not been able to receive the docking station yet, but the payment has not been refunded either. Just want the docking station in operable condition.

Make Sure You Have a Space USB-C Cable on Hand
Tried to find a way to reach out to the supplier with no luck. I bought 15 of these for our company and not a single one worked. Turns out it is the USB-C cable they provided was thin and cheap. Every other USB-C cable I had on hand worked. Do they even test these before shipping them out?

Make sure you have a few extra power bricks and video rated usb c cords
Context: We are a large corporate company that goes through lots of these. They get deployed in the field and office.I have been buying from this seller for awhile. They list with a good price and the docks have always been in good shape for refurbished.My complaint is recently the 90watt power supplies they include have been failing more often. Today I received another batch of 5. Upon checking the boxes the docks included USB C cords to connect to the laptops. These cords do not support video. I had complaints from my techs the last few times of no video (power and network only) and thought perhaps it was a fluke, but I verified it by connecting the included cords to test. Not all USB C cables support Video!! SO with having to replace the power brick and the usb C cable their price is still competative vs a new dock. Just be warned that you should have extra supllies on hand.
