Turned my old truck into a high tech entertainment vehicle.
So far, so good. The unit is responsive and provides much more utility than my previous Jensen model. The install was fairly easy, though I didn't measure exactly, so had to do a little modification on the mounts, but l got it to fit.I had the unit for about 2 weeks. Its boot up time is about what my Jensen Unit was, except if I just do a quick stop (5-10 minutes) it boot really fast. Overnight, it goes through a more tradition 1 minute boot. There is a little unresponsiveness at the bottom of the screen. Not sure if it my fat fingers or I need some calibration. I put a little stylist in the ashtray and have had to use it on a few apps with small buttons at the very bottom.I mostly have used: Amazon Music, Pandora, Waze, Google Maps. I tied it to my google account, and don't really like all the notifications. I need to go through and clean it up. I haven't been able to use it as a calling device (VoIP). Have to use bluetooth, but I haven't really tried all that hard.I think is was a really good deal. I will update as I use it more.

Waze or Google maps without having to sync your phone? Awesome
This is a very nice stereo receiver with navigation and all the goodies that come with an android device. feels very solid and was fairly simple to install (GMC Yukon). Super easy to manage since I'm already used to Android and it functions the same as a phone would. Takes sim card for internet access, or you can wifi connect to your phone hotspot if you need internet for apps. also has a usb connector that i assume would allow for a 3G/4G modem as well. However, this unit works without internet and you can use it as a radio, navi, whatever. you'll just not have real time traffic and music streaming services will obviously not work. You can connect your phone though, pretty easy via bluetooth and use the streaming on your phone. Have not used the screen casting yet, don't know if that'll work, but I am happy. Sure beats the stupid Kenwood/Garmin impossible to get the correct map update garbage I had before...The one thing that needs to be fixed is the built in navigation app ONLY runs METRIC. "After four hundred meters turn right".

So far so good i recommend if your willing to buy an android head unit this is a great one.
So far so good it was almost plug and play with my car a 2011 Kia Sorento had to get illumination wire and swc I had to use a PAC not to hard either.edit about a week in unit works great updated the firmware to the milti window gps and running applications is great i recommend downloading sygic maps or offline navigation and maps i feel like there the best offline option wifi works good sometimes have to open menu to connect takes an extra sec swc works good and options for long press is very helpful there is video out on this unit did not use it havent put a camera not sure if i will. also if running android auto is a feature you want check up android head reload works wirelessly or wired on the play store it works sooo good it is worth the money. now on to some of the pros and cons to me at least. pros..1 radio works good reception is good2 gps connects fast3 bluetooth connect fast4 audio quality is great loud5 amount of inputs and options6 ease of use if you know android os7 android 8.08 video plays good cons.. MY UNIT DOES NOT SLEEP FULL SHUT DOWN AND BOTT UP EVEN IF I TURN ENGINE OFF FOR FEW SECONDS SUPPOSE MY UNIT IS DEFFECTIVE ON THAT PART THEY OFFERED ME DISCOUNT ON NEXT UNIT >>>> BIT ANNOYED I STILL THINK ITS A GREAT UNIT SO FAR!1 may not be plug in play in some cars2 boot time between 15 and 20 sec and sometimes as long as 30. not that bad but wish it was faster usually is booted up by the time i pull out3 radio does not play automatically after boot even if it was playing at power off4 did not fit my metra kit 2011 kia your car may fit if its a flatter panel5 does not come with mounting for car may have to get a metra kit just for mount but factory brackets should fitif i come across anything else ill try to update as best as i can

Wifi works good.. Kinda like having a computer in my ...
just hooked it up ..Took me a couple of weekends on my spare time..I also used an Amp And Powered sub woofer ..The sub out is a little weak and i have yet to find a way to tweak it up from the settings..I also cant stream music from the blue tooth for some reason..I can make calls with no problem but no music? I am probably doing something wrong but cant figure it out..Wifi works good..Kinda like having a computer in my car with tunes and GPS works good to..If you were to buy a radio brand name with all these features its going to cost you a lot of bucks...I hope it holds up...There is suppose to be some xtra setting menus so maby that will help me out to..Ill touch more later on after i have used it for a while.Seems to be a nice radio..Jacking to five stars..Figured out the streaming blue tooth music ..I was using the wrong app..Back up camera is working perfect also..Lots of bells and whistles on this radio...I really like the radio....Update..Been using for months now and got it sounding great...Works nice...I would buy again...

Great radio with a few minor problems
So this is my second Corehan head unit. My previous one I had for two years and it went away with the last car. Overall I'm very happy with the radio but there are a few things.First is the size- It's just a hair bigger than a standard double din so requires cutting the dash trim to fit. This was the case with my last Corehan too. Just make it standard already! The stock interface is kind of clunky and not intuitive if you're an android user. Lots of swiping left and right and not being able to put shortcuts on the main screen. There's also some controls on the left side of the screen that take up real estate unnecessarily. I was able to mostly bypass this by install Apex Launcher as the default interface. This still leaves a blank bar on the left taking up a 1/4 of the screen, but it's better. Now I can make the radio interface pretty much like an Android phone. So the good- It boots quickly and is very responsive. The built in EQ works well. I can't comment on the built in amp since I'm running my speakers through an external amp. The sound through that is great though. Overall lots to like with a few caveats.
