Solarfun Polarized Fit Over Glasses Sunglasses Wrap Around Solar Reduce Shield for Men and Women's Driving

I can’t say enough about these sunglasses! I purchased them because I lost the ones I got at the eye doctor’s office for $95.00! In every way but one, these glasses are every bit as good as the more expensive ones, and that one way in which they are not the same is a good way...they fit better, more snugly than the more expensive glasses! Now, for anyone with a larger than average head, this may be bad news, but I think there is enough give in them to accommodate all head except for the largest. For those of you who haven’t tried this color of sunglasses, the gray ones merely make it darker for you and in this way make things more visually comfortable. The colors of these glasses, however, doesn’t darken so much as they filter out the bands of light that make it difficult to see on a sunny day. For someone like myself who is photosensitive... hypersensitive to the normal light rays for various reasons...this is very important because I can use them on a partially gray day and not have the acuity of my vision cut down. What you see through these glasses, this color, is sharper than what you see through the typical sunglasses. They also provide great filtering through the sides of the glasses because of the excellent wraparound design, and they fit perfectly over my regular glasses which are a bit larger than average size. As I said, I can’t say enough about them, and it is money well spent to get them in every way. You absolutely will not be disappointed. P.S. I’m 73, and my grandchildren have pronounced them and Gramma as “cool”.

I was skeptical because the price is so reasonable compared to the $100+ types I've seen. I am in my 70's, and driving at night had become so unpleasant I had begun avoiding going out after dark if I had to drive. But these are so effective; the glare from oncoming vehicles is practically non-existent, but the lenses aren't so dark that they make feel as if I'm blindfolded. A friend bought a different pair of glare reducing wraparounds and didn't find them at all helpful. But I lent these to her one night nd she ordered her own pair the next day.

The package arrived fast and the glasses are absolutely wonderful. They rest my eyes and make the environment sparkle! They come with a pouch to protect them, a small cloth to clean them and even a strap so you can have them hang down your neck if you need to. My reading glasses fit well under. They are light to wear. They don't block visibility when driving but do block the sun! I have tried I don't know how many sunglasses and have never been happy with any of them. For the first time I'm a happy camper. Thank you for an excellent product at a fair price.

These glasses are just what I needed. In my opinion, most sunglasses do the job, but what has always been annoying to me is that the sun always sneaks in anyway at the top of the glasses -- the spot that's not covered between the glasses and your forehead. It's almost worse than not having sunglasses on at all! This pair covers that. It fits snugly against your forehead and leaves no gap for the sun to poke its way in! AND it goes over your prescription glasses beautifully! They are light in weight, which is good, but the jury is still out as to its durability.

I tried to replace my broken sunglasses with a pair as similar as possible and found this one. I like it a lot because it cuts the glare as well or better than my originals which were issued to me by the hospital after surgery. So 5 stars it is for me and even if a person isn't sensitive to glare these glasses really do the job of eliminating it and provides a comfortable view. Plus, for me the bonus of being able to fit them over my reading glasses while out in the sun is going to be great. I highly recommend these glasses based on the quality and the affordable cost.

My 19 year old daughter has a slow growing cataract, and she has to wear sunglasses, but the clip on ones keep breaking, so I invested in a pair she can wear over her normal glasses. She picked these out and was excited when they arrived. They even came with a little travel bag, but she'd barely gotten out the door with them the first time she wore them before one of the lenses popped out. She struggled to get it back in, and almost couldn't. After several minutes of struggling she managed though. I was disappointed. She needs the sunglasses to stop the cataract from growing any faster, and I thought I had found a good pair for her. I bought a different brand for myself and I'm wishing now that she'd wanted a pair from them, but she hadn't liked the colors. I hope no one else has this issue. Check the lenses if you buy this brand.

Although I have progressive lens on my prescription glasses( the lens go from regular to sunglasses tint when in sunlight)- I find if I am outside and then enter a restaurant/ movie theater/ etc. that is dark- it takes a while for the RX lens to return to normal. Wearing these extra protective sunglasses helps . I don’t have that issue/ problem. This glasses fit comfortably over my RX glasses. They feel very light. I thought the solar glasses would have a slightly darker tint on the lens,but they seem to do what they are intended to do. Very pleased and recommend.

Okay so these aren't the top of the line that you can buy, but the price is more than fair and they do the job you expect from them. There's no distortion in the lenses and it seems they should last awhile. I got these for my wife who has been told she has to keep sunglasses on any time she's outdoors. She has both a prescription glasses and sunglasses, which she will wear when she can. But there are times when swapping them out can just be inconvenient, so she will just put these on over the top of her regular sunglasses. She probably does that once or twice a week, and wear them for the better part of a day without any problems or discomfort.Some models look kind of dorky when doing that, but these look decent. They aren't big and clunky like some of them, and she says they are quite comfortable to wear.

Glasses themselves are excellent for sun protection. Purchased for my mom who suffers from glaucoma. However the lens popped out less than 2 weeks after purchase. We were able to snap it back in but very disappointed in quality of construction. Lens continues to pop out every few days
