Decent chair, closing leg rest EXTREMELY DIFFICULT
Over all I think the chair is pretty good. The one issue I have that would make me never buy this chair again is that the leg rest spring is so strong that I have to get out of the chair to push it in. I will only get a chair with a handle or electric action for the leg rest

First one I ordered worked only 3 days. They replaced it. I ordered the dark gray and this thing is straight up blue. Fortunately we have the same blue in our living room otherwise I would have demanded a refund.

Cheap
*Update* After 6 months the cushions are completely flat on the entire chair causing pain as you can feel the wood underneath. Save your money and chase elsewhere.Very cheap, thin material… Clearly made in China. Recommend spending the extra hundred or so and purchasing at a credible store.

Comfy recliner but electronics fail
Comfy enough but the massage part on the seat broke after 10 months on one chair and within a year. Rocker, swivel and recline are great. Just a shame it doesn't hold up to regular use.

Back broke in half after 6 months
Enjoyed the chair until the back broke in half while I was sitting in it. I only weigh 180 lbs. Very disappointed.
