As with a lot of supplements advertised, its very important to check what you are buying, the dosage and if the manufacturer is adding other ingredients or vitamins etc, so you can have some type of comparison.Due the shape and design of the container, this is not going to take up any space in a cupboard which is something i very much prefer now that i have a wide range of supplements that my family use daily.In terms of unit cost, which is shown next to the price on Amazon, its at the higher end of the scale, but everyone is free to choose the supplier / brand they believe are giving them the product they want.I am very happy with the fact it has a foil seal under the cap which is easy to remove, but sturdy enough to stay on should it fall to the floor etc.Our family tries to take in Omega 3 from food sources, but you cannot overlook how much easier it is to have it ready made in easy to swallow form and no worries about food intolerances etc.We have a number of other supplements from this brand, so it was an easy decision to use this very popular and well known product from them.Overall very happy, no issues. Each capsule contains 1000 mg of Omega-3 fish oil, which consists of 180 mg of EHA and 120 mg of DHA. The soft gel is easy to swallow. This product is manufactured in the UK and meets GMP standards. For an adult, one to three capsules are recommended to be taken daily with food and water. Based on my diet, I think I only need to take one capsule daily. The 90 capsules cover me for three months. They currently cost under £10. I think they are a worthy investment.

I will happily buy it again if a cheaper alternative is not available.

I always take Omega 3 tablets, not just for the usual health benefits - heart etc - but because I suffer from extreme 'dry eye' and was advised by my optomotrist to take Omega 3 every day. These seem as good as any others in that they're easy to swallow and don't have any aftertaste. I take one in the morning and one at night and that seems to do the job of keeping my eyes hydrated. I can see most people like the shape of the box and it's true that it probably fits through a letterbox and is a slim shape but I find the box very long to fit in a drawer or cupboard. But that's a small complaint which is why I've still awarded 5 stars.
