I love this palm tree and I’m glad that we finally purchased it for our backyard. It is easy to assemble. The quality is great and it’s very affordable. I have seen other brands that are much more money and for the price you can’t go wrong. We have it in our backyard and it has been through some tough weather And literally is still perfect. I highly recommend this. It looks so nice at night when it’s all lit up as well.

Appearance is what I expected. Got put together. Which due to weather just put together. The wires that connect to the power line is broken in half. No way to reconnect them. I need a new light system. Is that possible. I’ve thrown away the box and I don’t want to assemble another one. I’m really very disappointed with this situation

Can’t shut the tree off without unplugging it. What’s the fix?

The media could not be loaded. Easy enough to assemble. All parts were packaged well. Even looks good during the day due to its life like appearance. Have had many compliments. Goes very well on my patio. So far as held up to weather, rain and wind. Very happy with my purchase. I’ve looked at others but glad I decided on this one. Very bright led lighting. Size is perfect.
