Not entirely clear what this shilajit effect is, but I feel my energy more. I am more active and sleep better. Seems to also help my mood as well. Be aware that after trying a few Himalayan shilajit resin, this shilajit resin just tastes rough, but does not leave an aftertaste thank goodness. Think 'coffee grinds" laced with 'cat piss' and that's the flavor. Not a reflection on the brand here. The authentic shilajit resin is all like this from what I can tell.
