Works great, mild taste change
Works great! I use it to stabilize whipped cream and it’s very efficient. I notice a slight change of taste, tastes a little bit chalky, but a bit of extra sugar fixes that with no problems

It works just right
I used this for apple pie filling and it did a great job of thickening the filling for canning without breaking down. It was well packaged and seals fine. Package size was just right for my occasional usage.

A must have for canning pie filling
I have a beautiful apple tree that makes the most delicious apples. I can several jars of apple pie filling each year to give as Christmas gifts. This is the stuff you need to thicken the pie filling safely if you are home canning pie filling. It is easy to use and the filling comes out perfect.
