Six piece solar panel bracket good for flat, metal, corrugated roofs
The kit comes with 6 mounting brackets designed for mounting on flat, metal, or sheet style of roofing. The brackets are designed to be mounted to a flat surface and come with synthetic rubber gaskets with a peel off adhesive backing. The rubber gaskets are made of ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) which are good for roofs that do not contain mineral and petroleum oils, e.g. not good for tar or asphalt roofs.The 6 brackets are made from machined aluminum and as are the clamps. There are 4 end clamps and 2 middle clamps inside the kit. The end clamps will accommodate solar panels with thickness from 1 1/16 to 1 1/16 of an inch. I included some pictures of the clamps with a tape measure to show the minimum and maximum thickness of panels it will support. The 2 middle clamps can support panels ranging from 15/16 to 1 5/8 inches in thickness. All the screw hardware is stainless steel and the self-taping screws are sheet metal screws included lock washers are also stainless 304. The screws for mounting to the roof have a clear silicone gasket to help seal water from going down the screw as well as the EDPM gaskets.The middle clamps and end clamps have ridged ends to help grip the solar panels. The ends of each bracket were fairly clean, but you should still wear gloves when working with the kit. All the parts were machined well and no issues with any stripped or unthreaded bolts or nuts. I'm using this kit for mounting panels on a flat plastic sheet roof on my storage shed. If you have a flat roof, no petro or mineral oils in the roof material this kit makes easy mounting on a metal or plastic roof.

We have solar panels that we mounted on our container since we are using this for business purposes.We had no issues with the kit. Everything went smoothly with the install.
