The Modobag comes with a 2 year warranty. If you have any problems, ship it back to us in Chicago, we will do any repairs and send it back!

Q: Can this travel up a cruise line ramp, or steep incline, while being ridden?

We tested the Modobag for a standard ADA Ramp with a 180 lb rider and when the ramp is smooth it goes up. The problem with the cruise line ramps is that they have large joints and sometimes the incline is steeper, so that becomes an issue and the bag will get stuck. The next edition of the Modobag being released by the end of the year will have increased power to handle ramps like on cruise ships unfortunately we can't say with confidence that it will work.
