PackIt Freezable Hampton Lunch Bag, Blanket Stripe

I really did not think this will work.I love the idea.So today was my child first day of school, it was way over 90 and humid.I packed my child lunch this morning after taking the bag out of the freezer.It was arond 7am. My child got home after 3pm. The bag was still cold inside and outside.Amazed on such a hot day, it's still cold. Very impressed.

So easy to meal prep or pack for a long day out with this back. Holds all my snack, TWO 20 oz hydroflasks (one for coffee and one for water) plus room to spare. The side pocket is great to hold sanitizer wipes and utensils. Efficient and earth conscious when paired with reusable bento box style food containers.

I was really excited about this lunch box... It’s super cute and the perfect size for my lunch, but I was extremely disappointed in its functionality. It was delivered yesterday and I opened it up immediately and placed it in the freezer around 5:30 pm. I did not take it out of the freezer until 7am to pack my lunch for the day. That was when I realized that only 1 of the “top” 2 stitched sections had any ice in it, the other (where the “PackIt” label is) was empty. I thought that was a little strange but was still excited.I had it in my air conditioned car for my 10 minute commute and it then remained in my air conditioned office (office temp kept at around 68-70 degrees F) without being opened at all until around 2pm. All the sections which has been frozen were completely melted and it didn’t feel any cooler than room temperature inside. My yogurt was much warmer than when is comes out of the fridge and my cubed cheese was not cool at all. It was way less effective than my old lunch box with ice packs inside. They were always still at least partially frozen at 5pm!Long story short, I wasted my money purchasing this. The only thing I like about it is the pattern. Still going to have to use ice packs, so I may just go back to my old one?

I LOVE this lunch bag! Material seem to be of good quality, easy to wipe down/clean inside. I also like the length of the straps because it allows me to carry it on my shoulder. I don’t use the “ice pack” function of the bag since I have a fridge at work.

I like that I never have to search the freezer for an ice pack again!! We have a big family so thing a never where I last put them, I can always find this in the freezer. It folds flat nicely for easy fit in the freezer. I can fit several containers inside and a piece of fruit without brushing my fruit. I have only used it since school started this year so I can not speaks to durability. It keeps everything cool until lunch, but not much longer.

I use this every day. I pack breakfast, lunch and snacks in this bag and still have room to spare! Keeps everything cold pretty well. When I finally get home after 10 hours it’s barely room temperature!

I love this lunch bag!! My previous one was just too small as I typically pack a little breakfast, lunch, and a snack to bring to work with me. This one is so incredibly convenient because I can wipe it out, fold it up, put it in the freezer and then pack it all up in the morning. It doesn’t stay cold all day, but the ice packs are pretty thin. No worries, all of my things are out by lunchtime anyway! Probably holds about a cubic foot of Tupperware. Have only had it a week or so, but seems pretty durable so far!

I bought this to replace the upright lunch bag from packit since the zipper and velcro messed up. This is much better! No velcro to keep it closed. Excellent size. My 9 yr old fits a meal prep container, her 17oz mira water container, and three small individual containers and still has some room. It doesn't fit in her backpack,but she doesn't mind the size at all and loves to show it off. She has received a lot of compliments from other girls and teachers. Easy to clean, easy to carry, and nice design/pattern (Paper Triangles) that she can grow with and it not look childish. It folds right up and goes in the freezer every night to be packed in the morning. The bag is still cold when she comes back from school. It's a must have for anyone taking a lunch to school or work. We also use it as our snack bag on weekends when going to practice and games.

So good I bought a second, for lunch and the at work milk expression times storage.

Kept food cool all day. Fitted 2 x 1L of milk, 2 packs of cheese, margarine for roles and fruit in easily.

With the current situation I have to take lunch to work, I don't need to put my lunch in the fridge as this bag stays cold for hours. Front pocket EXCELLENT product.

l'ho comprato perché ne avevo avuto due comprati nel 2015 e non ghiacciavano più tanto bene ho pensato che il liquido interno si fosse rovinato in quel che modo dopo tanti anni....invece anche questo non e' il massimo, ghiaccia bene ma dura molto meno rispetto alle altre due che avevo. ricordo almeno 5 ore di durata addirittura tornavo a casa dal mare (tenuta sempre sotto l'ombrellone) ed era ancora fredda la roba dentro ora no

I'll start by saying these things are heavy. The ice pack is the bag itself so of course there will be weight to it. I've bought a couple for my kids in elementary school and they say they're very heavy. That aside, food stays cold for almost the whole day. I leave my house at 7am and don't get home until 5 and if I have anything left when I get home, it's still cold. Highly recommend this line if you don't mind how heavy they feel.
