I am short of words for this product. I was hesitant to install a digital/ smart lock and after a detailed assessment, I bought this product for my Pune house. I am so much satisfied that I ended up buying it for 3 more flats of my relatives and have recommended it to everyone who asked for a feedback.Pros:1. Looks very decent.2. Suitable for door with 30 mm width (other locks are suitable for doors with minimum width of 35 mm3. Had no issue with already installed security gate4. Easy to install, configur and use.5. Access through fingerprint, passcodeis great and one time access via OTP is one of the best feature6. For emergency, there is low battery warning, manual key option from outside and even a type C port to provide power in case battery is fully drainedCons: only one, there is no option to remotely grant or rewoke permanent access

I’ve had Lavna for years and they’ve been working well. This month I purchased around 6 new ones. EACH OF THEM have a different issue! I am so so so disappointed in this. It feels like money wasted. And they’re after sales service is even worse. Can’t believe this but I’m going to switch to some other brand
