We ordered 2 of these for a bathroom remodel we did with a double head shower. One of them was missing a small part so I reached out to the company at the number provided with the order info. They responded within an hour and the part was at my house in 2 days. The product its self is beautiful and works great. It has pressure control which is a nice feature with our kids using the shower as well. I will definitely be buying the shower head for the renovation on our front bathroom from her again next week.

I love the looks of this! The Shower Head has a good waterfall, & my husband likes the handheld, with long hose. The overhead shower tilts a few degrees. I tip the bottom edge down after a shower, to drain the head fully.The plumber that installed this, said he liked the style of the valve, and that installation was easy.Over time, the switch to change from overhead to handheld came loose. I was having trouble getting it to stay back on, so I contacted customer service, (quick response) and they explained how to properly reconnect the screw to the knob. It was super easy for me to do!I love the shower I get from this & would recommend it to anyone!

I am a contractor and I am super critical of products that I use. I decided to give this valve a try. I was very impressed with the quality and ease of installation (can use pex or copper) . All Parts are heavy duty . The protective covering that comes with it, to use during the duration of the project is a nice touch. I had one question about the diverter valve and customer service handled it in less than 24hours. I will purchase again for future projects and recommend to other builders.

Updating my review:I reached out to the email address that was on the box of the product. They ended up responding back to me and immediately sent a new faceplate. I think this may have been a known issue, but regardless, we were able to make it work with the new faceplate and I really do enjoy showers in my new bathroom. The rain water is so relaxing and the handheld works great.On the surface this looks really nice. However, on the very last part of the install, our contractor showed us that the faceplate cover for the shower handle does not align with the measurements on the inside. He cut the tile to the exact measurements of the inside pieces and when placing the faceplate, it was off skew. There is a large gap. Why don't they make the piece to match the measurements inside? I've emailed the company email address on the packaging. Hopefully they have new faceplates they can send. But I wish I had read more reviews and noticed that this isn't the quality product I was hoping for.

I love the matte black quality. However, renovation is extremely frustrating and mistakes happen when various subconstractors handling different parts. Gabrylly provides amazing customer that saves my day.

The media could not be loaded.  First off, there is such a difference in price on Amazon versus buying one in Home Depot or Lowe’s. I saved $400. (Happy I took the chance)My plumber did not look at the set before doing the plumbing so he installed a male pipe where the water comes out for the wand but this set requires a female. (I called customer service and they do not have replacement parts to fit if you make this mistake). So, I was on the hunt for a female elbow. I found one on Amazon and while I paid an extra $40 (for 2) I actually like it better and think it fits the look better on this set.I was very worried about the pressure of the water coming out of the head so I went with an 8 inch. Our old one was only 3 inches. I read quite a few reviews saying a rain shower does not have good water pressure. I disagree. The pressure is just as good as my 3 inch. We have 2 shower head sets in the shower and even with both going at the same time, works perfect, no change in pressure on either one.We have been able to use our bathroom for about 3 weeks now so I do not know the longevity but seems perfect now. Looks expensive and feels expensive.
