My product was delivered to me a month ago, and I still haven't been able to use it. The plumbing system is terrible, I've been trying to fix leaks since I got the thing. Oh, and, all of the info you need to know about the package is inside the package. They put all of the instructions about opening the box, inside of the freaking box. I cannot stress that enough. I didn't find out that I would have to use all of that shipping material if I needed to send it back after I had to contact support about how to actually open the cabinet, which all of the incredibly important info was in. Combine that with the fact that the plugs for the lights, humidity, and nutrient system were either in the wrong plug or had no label. The humidity pump has fallen off of the sticky tack used to attach it to the paneling. And with that first leak, the laminate was coming off. I have no other option than to fix it myself.

The quality of my herb grown in this machine was unbelievable. This is a new frontier for me, and in my first grow I did not do much pruning of leaves. Only because it never occurred to me. Even still, my yield was great, and again that quality....wow! My next grow will have me learning more about trimming as I go, and I know how awesome the results will be. I've never done anything quite so easy, and will never grow outdoors again.

What's up everyone VetGrown here. All I have to say about this box that it is incredible you literally don't have to know anything about growing maybe just a little bit but not too much. For me I don't know anything about growing and this box does everything for me you just have to do a little trimming here in there and refill the water that's about it. Fantastic! This box is a must, growing has never been so easy!!! My plants look unbelievable, I have not been able to grow without killing my plants until I got this box. It is SUPER easy for a new person like me and if you do have questions on concerns simply contact the support. They really have your back and are very intelligent on everything about growing your plants. I have been emailed multiple times just to check on it and make sure that it was going good. This thing is simply put the best purchase a cannabis consumer can make! This thing does everything from monitoring temperature, ph, nutrients, humidity, dosing, lighting, the list goes on. It really is as simple as following simple directions and letting it do its thing. I was able to go on vacation for 9 days and did not have to worry about a thing because it kept my plants A+. My first ever indoor grow and the quality of the bud was unbeatable! You could never get that quality any other method for home grown. It practically pays for itself! If you are on the fence about this then trust me, buy it! You won’t regret it!

I ordered the growbox almost 12 weeks ago on the 1 day of September I have yet to hear from cloudponics I call and get no answer I spent my entire school refund thinking I would be making a good investment I think I was wrong and I also think the guy on YouTube @Calivetgrown works for cloudponics he gets paid to promote for them

It unfortunately broke two 6 months after I purchased it. No receipt so they refused to offer help or refund.

I love this GroBox! It was packaged well so no damage was done to it. It was super easy to setup. I did have a few leak issues which i fixed with Flex Seal. I am a first time grower. With only two plants i grew way over a pound. It was very easy, the grobox did all the work and tell you what to do when you need to do it. After just one grow the box basically paid for it self. If its your first time, I do recommend watching cropping videos to get bigger yields. Most important of all, they have excellent customer service.
