Good for avoiding the taste and texture of creatine.
I use these capsules to put creatine in, I get about 1.6g- 1.8g per capsules. They're ideal because I don't like the taste of creatine nor the texture when you try to dissolve into liquid. These capsule circumvent those problems so they're a great solution.
