This boxing training tool is great for teaching hand eye coordination and movement while striking. Mounting was pretty easy. Thankfully is fairly adjustable, so it works for various sized people. Its definitely not made to be struck with full force, but works great for quick, solid jabs and blocks. Best piece of advice is to make sure you leave enough room around the area of installation, so you are able to get the full affect of the training. Im trying to get more foot movement in my sessions, so if i limit the space of my training area, i wont be able to train the way i would like too. Make sure to mount it very securly. It's got some weight to the unit. If not mounted properly, you are definitely going to get hurt. My kids will probably see most of the benefits in this piece of equipment, but its still great for people of all ages. I have it mounted in my garage gym, so im hoping the slight changes in humidity, dont mess with the functionality of it. So far so good, though.

I had ordered this for my sons to use and play with in the garage. I had gotten them a heavy bag as well, so this was the perfect combination for that heavy bag. It truly works and tests the speed and reflexes, so they can work on hand and eye coordination skills with this and then the power with the heavy bag. They really like practicing with this and ducking under or blocking the spinning little bag. This is well made and will last them for many years. I hope that this helps.

After unwrapping all the components and lacing up the gloves.... it was game time with excitement! Not the easiest to set up, but with another look at the directions and an extra set of hands, we got it! However, the pump did NOT work at all. Then the punching bag itself didn't even stay inflated! Makes a nice rack for hanging towels till we take it down!

Even though it’s a great workout, the hardest workout was installing it. It’s not easy with the studs vs. plate.It’s hanging ok in my garage, but not sure for how long.Other than that I didn’t know I was going to enjoy this as much. It’s kinda fun! :)Thank you!

This item is small yet mighty. It’s easy to install and is very sturdy. I don’t do MMA myself but I’m trying to get in better shape. This thing gives my arms a great workout. I can definitely see a difference in my accuracy with punches now since using this.

We debated what kind of equipment we wanted to install in our home gym for our son who is a competitive boxer. After some input from his coaches we decided on this, and we are very pleased we did! This thing is SOLID! Our son packs a punch (no pun intended lol), and has managed to knock his heavy bag off the stand so I was hoping it would be constructed very solidly, when the box arrived I quickly realized it was made of heavy duty metal! We checked all the joints and pieces and construction is done really well, it’s solid. As long as you install it properly, it’s not going anywhere. He’s been using it regularly and finding it very useful for his training, he said he would recommend having it as it makes solo training a lot easier at home. We showed video to his coaches and they were very impressed with what we purchased and said they’re going to pick up one for their own homes. So that was my confirmation that it was a very good buy. :)

I wanted this to work in my sons room but you need more space than I thought and you need to have more solid studs to screw this into. We are gonna have to add extra wood to our garage walls in hopes this will hold. There will be someone literally punching it and you will not want that come unhinged during activities. If you are good with constructive building projects, reading directions, you could make it work. I am not and need someone to come do this install. The actual polls and bag seem to be made well and quality appears to be good.
