Firstly, this is so strong that you have to be very careful where you are pointing it. Between the two buttons there are many combinations for colours and types of light. But it's when you turn on the main power torch - an insane amount of light comes out of it. You can light up the tops of trees 40 feet away.I need two mini personal torches because this one is for special jobs. So I have a more normal personal keyring torch too.

Got this torch to keep in the car for occasional/emergency use. The size is comparable to a car key fob and even then was smaller than expected when I unboxed it.The functionality is really intuitive. Press and hold the button for the main light and you get full brightness till you release the button. Press and hold the other button for the white light in the body/housing and goes off when released.Double click the button for the main light and it will step through the other 4 brightness levels. Has the memory function too, which with how bright torches are these days is imperative in my opinion to avoid dazzling yourself.Double click the other button and the interior/body light comes on with the ability to cycle between white, UV, red, red flash, red and blue flash (which cycles through various patterns in a loop). This mode also has memory function.I've compared the brightness to an 800+ lumen headtorch and a 600+ lumen torch and I am a bit sceptical that this V3 key fob torch is as bright as claimed (very common for torch makers to significantly exaggerate their brightness). However, for a really compact and sufficiently bright emergency torch it's near perfect in it's features and functionality. Only knocked one star off for the probable exaggerated brightness claim.It also has a magnet making it good for mounting if you need both hands. Also it's tiny, so can easily hold it in your mouth for quick jobs.A pocket clip would have been great to allow it to be clipped to a baseball cap. Also the two buttons aren't easy to distinguish in the dark, but you soon learn which is which in fairness.Overall, great functionality in a tiny package and a great price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this or pick up a few more as spares or even token gifts.Edit: I recently tested this torch on a short woodland trail run in an area with no ambient lighting and it performed impressively well. The high brightness level (not turbo, but one step down from this) was more than bright enough to see the path easily over 20 metres ahead of me as well as flooding the ground 1 metre ahead so I could see any trip hazards. Really impressed.Since then I did a runtime test to satisfy my curiosity and again using the high mode, it lasted over two hours from a full charge before it turned off. It didn't feel concerningly warm either.Given my runtime and brightness testing I'd more than happily have this as an emergency torch in my running/hiking/camping kit should my main headtorch fail. 2 hours with plentiful light should be sufficient in most situations to safely get off the hills and back down to street level. Hard to find a better more versatile torch for this price point.
