Works great after a few repairs
Had to re-solder several connections works fine now still have a loose wire underneath it, which they only use tape to hold it in place another project

Malfunction scale; no customer service
My place of employment bought this for me so that I can weigh my wheelchair clients. It arrived with a paper saying it was already calibrated and was ready to use. It is not functioning and the user manual that came with it shows different specks then the one we purchased and received. The codes listed on the display unit/indicator are not even listed in the user manual. I have tried calling two different phone numbers on PEC website and both numbers go to an individual that seems like a private residence and not a business. Beyond frustrated! Do not buy this scale!!!
