Great knife, very sharp, and high quality. I used it yesterday to cut a huge cabbage in half. It was so easy to do when my old knife wouldn't budge.

Smaller knife came without cover & instruction looked like a returned box, but didn’t take off for that, wasn’t sure on getting the smaller one but I use it more than larger ones, nice size and looks great, love having it but after a week still deciding on the sharpness, it’s a little more but not alot better than my Chicago Insignia set.

Sharpest knife I've ever owned

This knife was so sharp the first time I used it I cut myself 3 times and didn’t notice until I saw the blood. Hopefully it stays this sharp. Or maybe not.

It cleans easily. These knives can get very expensive but I got this when it was on deal and feel I got a great value for the $.
