Overall, it is good quality, and the sound is superb, but the size of the ear bird can be a little bit smaller.

Afterward, I emailed Skullcandy customer care, but to this day, I have not received any response.I strongly suggest that everyone avoid purchasing this product. The noise cancelling isn’t that great

To sum in less words: Its not worth the money. Shell out more to go with likes of Jabra / Sony. Or save your money and go with Nothing.1. Build quality is sub-par as compared to other brands in similar range (e.g jabra)2. Controls are finnicky and the app is not very helpful. There are very limited options to set actions for tap and double tap.3. Sound quality is average, I get better sound from my wired JBL earphones worth 10% of this price. I was disappointed with the missing bass that Skullcandy was so famous for in the old days.4. ANC is terrible, there's almost no difference in normal and ANC mode.5. Fit is okay, nothing to stand out.
