This is one of the most exciting products I have got in awhile. I have always been interested in the under cabinet lighting but they always want you to like solder and make cuts and just too complicated I would rather just turn on the light at that point.This gets rid of all of that..so its got either 3M sticky tape or screw holes that you can attach to really any surface and the beautiful part is you dont have to mess with any of the wiring as they just daisy chain and plug into each other. Want to run it under each cabinet and have 3 cabinets with a microwave in the middle? No problem just buy 3 lights and make sure you use one of the little extensions and plug them all together.I will say when doing that you want to make sure you have another person there doing it with you so you can get a rough idea as to where the lights will line up vs the spacing on the cabinets before you drill or remove the mounting tape. Its not required by any means but definitely makes it go smoother.They mention motion detection like it some kind of built in feature - its most definitely not. However a smart plug with a smart motion detector using something like Apple HomeKit could definitely add that but you would need to buy all of that separately or already have it.The marketing on the page reminds me of a salesy pitch in school trying to come up with reasons to buy it…the motion and smart home stuff is a stretch. The infinite combinations when there is a limit of 3 light bars per plug is a stretch. They should really focus on its shinning feature as the simplicity of the set up. We used the mounting take and had it up and ready in under 5 minutes.Setting the marketing stuff aside the product itself is really great and easy to use. The materials are a lot of plastic but its under the cabinet so I'm not sure why so many people are concerned since it out of sight. It works great and is easy to set up and with the right 3rd party accessories can add in a ton of features too. I will definitely have this saved so when I need more I can purchase additional ones.

When power is turned on to the lights there is a delay of at least 6 seconds till they illuminate. I was contacted by the manufacturer and unfortunately the power switch must be down stream of the transformer not upstream as my electric outlet is configured. They tried to find a solution for me. Much appreciated.

These are a lightweight option to brighten up spaces with a low profile, minimally invasive installation.Used to add lighting over my office desk in a low ceiling basement. Yes, my office does have 4 can lights, but they were not strategically installed so it has created weird shadows all over my desk when trying to do work as my desk is pushed into a corner facing position.Previously bought LED battery powered options to pop under the shelves. They had a little remote, which was nice, but ultimately burned through batteries, even with them being LED.Kit did not include the Y-splitter shown in the install instructions, but that didn't cause issues for my install. Would have been nice to have remote on/off option for a cleaner final look, but for a cost, it's a low risk investment for a potential lighting solution.

They are dimmable and really bright. Love the fact that you can chose the color when you order. Not a fan of 3k or 6k so the 4500k is perfect. Nice clean light not to blue not to yellow. Great value for the price.

Really like this item, may see if I can get a longer one.

These feels super cheap right out of the box, I used them for bookshelf lighting and they work okay but I wouldn’t want to spend hard earned money on them. I’m a little nervous they won’t last long and I will have to run wires a second time to install replacements, as one already seems to flicker occasionally. The cables for connection aren’t very long and make install more difficult. Go with a superior product. Bad value.
