Excellent HUB for the price. Better than more expensive options.
Plug and play makes it easy to set up. Average charging ability for cell phones. Ports allow for high quality data transfer. Supports monitors up to 4k. I own three of these and use them in both home and work set ups. Great Value. If you are considering a HUB this is unit will satisfy your needs.

Excellent Product and Support
I ran into a problem that prevented me from getting full 4k resolution on all my external monitors. I went to Plugable's website and followed their process to create a debug file and created a ticket in about 5 minutes, which was far easier than expected. Their US-based support was responsive and guided me through all of the steps to troubleshoot the issue. It turns out there was a bad USB cable, but more importantly there was a Dell-specific registry change that was needed in order to get it functioning, which they researched and provided.In the end, the product was fine (other than a bad USB cable) and their quality of support was shockingly good. Everything is in order now, and my impression of Plugable is that they stand behind their products. I will absolutely consider their products in the future because of the positive experience with their support.

Great Customer Support
I received quickly and setup was easy. But soon after, the device would stop sending to my laptop and monitors. With some back and forth with the pluggable support directly we were able to resolve by setting an external monitor as the main display. I had limitations on what support suggestions I could do with my laptop permissions and the customer service agent was patient, tenacious and flexible in helping me- Michael S, you are the best!

Could use more USB ports
Maybe there's an internal reason why it wouldn't work, but I sure wish Plugable had included a couple more USB ports on the front side of this dock, either USB-A or USB-C (or both). Otherwise this is a somewhat pricey but very solid performer, and it has the added attraction of a power button. I don't why so few docking stations include a power button, but after all the purpose is to turn your laptop into a desktop, so why wouldn't you want a power button? Anyway, a solid performer and it delivers flawless steady video to a pair of Dell 4k monitors on my desk.

Worked for about a month and a half. This is the 2nd one that has failed. Ugh. Will try a different company.
