These shorts are great value for money. The material is as durable as that used in some of the more expensive branded cycling shorts. There are no frills or logos, but I wear them in the gym and on my bike and put them through some punishing routines and they remain comfortable throughout. I have a 32" waist, so originally bought size medium, which is my usual requirement with most brands, but these are definitely a less than generous fit, so I have bought them in large. I would certainly advise buying one size larger than you might usually.

Followed the size guide and got MId say i could have gone S, they fit good and seem nice quality, very comfy. But im not sure much "compression" is going on.Might order a single pair in small at some point to compare
