Bought this for my fiancé and he loves it except he doesn’t get signal anywhere in the house he has to go outside to make and receive phone calls

I just got the iPhone 16 pro max, I had other cases on the phone and dropped it and never broke or shattered the screen. I saw this case and was like ok, it heavy duty and could prolly take a beating. I just dropped it. Like not even an inch from the ground and as you can see in the picture. It shattered the corner of my brand new iPhone 16 pro max. So much for “phone protection “ the case does make the phone extremely heavier.

Great for clumsy people like myself 10/10 recommend. iPhone protected even if ran over by a car.

I’ve been using this type of case for a while. They’ve always had my back when I drop my phones! The only thing that concerns me about this case is the big gap for the camera button. It worries me that dirt might get into my phone and scratch it all to heck. I live in a very windy, dirt filled area of town so protection from dirt is a must for a phone case. We will see how it works. I’ll rate it a 5 if it keeps the dirt out

Pretty disappointed in this purchase. The case seemed great at first and appeared to be very durable, but after having it for just two months, the built in screen protector already cracked, the rubber flap on the bottom for the charging port already broke off, and the screws are constantly coming loose and falling out, despite tightening them as best as I could. Luckily they include spare screws, but because of that dust and dirt still manages to get inside the case. The plastic over the camera got scratched all up within a couple of weeks, which ended up causing blurry photos. The case was pretty bulky which i wouldn’t mind if it was actually a durable case but it definitely is not. I’ve bought cheaper generic cases that held up way better than this one.
