Goog perfectly functional sea reel.. I’m sure you can get more refined models but for the money this is doing a great job for me..

Bought this for my son who has started joining me on fishing trips and I didn't want him dropping some of my more expensive gear. Loaded him up with a £10 rod and this reel. He loved it, the metallic red is in his word 'awesome' and in my opinion the build quality does not reflect its low price. I am very impressed with the it for the cost and it come preloaded with a spare spool. The preloaded line has held up to being retrieved through snags and seaweed so far, so good. Only initial negative I have is the spare spool is black and doesn't match the metallic red of the preloaded one. As we stay local out of Bristol distance casting hasn't been tested will be interesting to see if we ever go further afield.

i bought this as a birthday present to myself,wen i opened the box,i was stunned to see how good it looked in real life,the picture doesn't do it justice.not used it yet.

Cheap construction... made in China I guess, but ok for a novice like me . When it blows up,..... I’ll just buy another one.
