We bought this rower for my son for Christmas having seen some good reviews online. We are really pleased with the rower, it is great quality, was easy to assemble and the folding function is really useful too.We had a small issue at the beginning and the customer service were great, resolving things so quickly for us. They even emailed me back in Christmas day.If you are considering buying a rower I can't recommend this and Joroto Customer Service enough.

Delivered as stated. Super easy to assemble. Fun to use. Foldable, so easy to store.

Set up took a while but was straightforward provided you follow the instructions carefully. . Connected up to kinomap easily although you have to keep the monitor’awake’ whilst you connect up . Rowing action is smooth and quiet and having the resistance control is the centre makes it easier to change. Kinomap works well but yoy need to contact joroto customer service to get the extension to the free period. Customer service v quick to respond. Build quality is solid and all bolts n screws fitted well. Great value

Ordered this as a birthday present for my son. It arrived just fine, but upon unpacking it, we found that the plastic cowling that the screen arm fixes into was snapped. Packed it back up, returned it, and ordered another one. The second one arrived, again box undamaged, but the same plastic part was again damaged inside!This has been a very annoying, ridiculous waste of time, that has caused a lot of disappointment! We have now returned this and bought a completely different one, as we have now lost all faith!

The item box was old,tatty and damaged, the item came out of the box damaged.The delivery service was fine.
