I find these are better than the original!I've had no problem with the fit...The filter floss is exceptional.

These are really good for the price. I usually use top fin brand but these were cheaper and seem to work exactly the same. I do seem to go through them quickly though. You should change your filter at least every 3 weeks or so . Buying in bulk like this really cuts down the costs.

Keep buying for my goldfish, who are messy fish in an aquarium.

As an adult, we make mistakes, and we should own up to them. The filters I had been using were no longer available, and the replacement filters I first ordered still hadn't arrived a week after they were supposed to be delivered. When searching for filters that could get here quickly, I accidently selected these which DO NOT FIT the aqueon 75 gallon. These are a fraction of an inch too narrow to stay in place. HOWEVER, I am in a bind and needed something to tide me over until new filters arrive. Prior to realizing my mistake, I was admiring how dense and durable looking these were compared to others I have used. Despite using an extra filter, the water seems to be flowing fine. If I ever switch back to a top fin (or if I find their aqueon equivalent), I would happily give this company's filters another try.
