1. After shampooing, twist and wrap hair fully into the cap. 2. Fasten with adhesive strip ensuring the cap is properly sized and secured. 3. Gently massage the cap to ensure the best product transfer. 4. Leave on for 5-10 minutes. 5. Remove cap and rinse. 6. Follow with hydramelt.
