I bought this specifically to run Ethernet cable underneath floor boards in an old house, but I can't tell you how many times I've used this thing since for all sorts of reasons.Dog toy land on the roof? Easy. Wind blow a plastic bag into your front lawn tree? No problem. Need to pass your cousin who's got a cold some flu medicine? Simple. I even attached a USB C Webcamera to the end of this and used extension cables to allow me to peer deep underneath impossible to enter crawl spaces in order to find plumbing leaks.For the price, this gadget is totally worth it.

Have not used it yet but looking forward to it...the construction is very sturdy and yet easy to use....and it should work nicely!Would recommend.

I have a one-story house surrounded by trees. Being 72 years old, I don't like to climb ladders and it costs me $50 every time I have to hire a handyman to clear broken tree limbs off my roof. This pole is perfect for the job; I stay on the ground, pull the branches off my roof, and keep the handyman fee in my pocket.

This product works but when reaching up for the lights, the rod would fold up into its self, it needs some type of locking system or something. We had to add duck tape to keep it from folding in when removing the lights. Obviously it’s nice that it folds in for storing it but it makes it not really functional without taping it.

This year, no ladders needed to put up Xmas lights. Even at full extension, it's sturdy enough to lift several pounds without collapsing. The entryway crossbar in photo is 14' high.

I use this tool to reach and pull out items from my pickup truck's rear storage area, aka bed. It saves my knees from having to crawl into the truck bed to get stuff.
