after sales： as the customers must return back in 10days,it is accepted,but he/she need pay the freight and tax cost (include send and back). as for quality problem,each one we will test before shippment,but we can donot avoid damage in the shipping,so we will send one again for u.while some customers will not want anymore,it need he pay the freight cost which send back to us. thanks for your understanding!
