Used to decorate cookies. But is pricey
This is used to decorate cookies. It works very well. I do think it is over priced, but this was the only option I found that works for my use.

Truly terrible. Frustrating experience and false claims by Kodak.
The experience with this projector, which I was really excited to try, has been abysmal. I returned the first one because it wouldn't "hold" a focused picture, it seemed to creep quickly back to blurry no matter how many times I adjusted it. So, I returned that one, thinking it was an anomaly. I got a second unit, and while the focus was fine, it would not acknowledge any input I tried besides a Roku via the HDMI cable. I tried a USB drive, plugging directly into my laptop, bought a new micro SD card just for the trying (waste of money), and none of them were recognized as an input source by the projector. So, if you're hoping to project holiday holograms and whatnot, PASS ON BY. The most frustrating thing is the listing and the support docs specifically SAY that you can use a USB drive, a microSD card, etc. but it is simply untrue. I suspect someone on the product team grimaced when this dud was released, knowing that a large number of people wouldn't be able to use it as they claim. Seriously disappointed, don't waste your money, and don't be fooled by how cute and small it is. If it doesn't function, cute doesn't go far. Stop it, Kodak.

Excellent Small Projector for Drawing and Tracing
This projector is great for quickly tracing/roughing out a drawing. The projector is nice and bright. At about 30" above the drawing table the image will fit nicely on an 11"X17" Sheet. That is the sweet spot for Sequential Art. If the edges of the projected image are aligned parallel to the edges of the drawing surface, and the projector is level you get very little distortion. READ THE MANUAL. This projector is very small, very light. Its Kodak, very nice quality. Be sure you have a sturdy overhead "camera mount/tripod". I used: an ULANZI Camera Desk Mount Stand with Flexible Arm, Overhead Mount, you mileage will likely vary, there are lots of good ones out there. FYI: Neal Adams/Wally Wood and most Bronze/Silver age artists traced. Its okay. Put together your layout, snap a pic on your iPhone and connect your phone to the projector and you are in business! FYI: for iPhones with a lightning adapter, you will need a Apple Lightning to HDMI (Digital AV) Adapter

The extra cost.
I can't comment on picture quality because the adaptor you have to buy separately. In this person's opinion Kodak should have thrown in the adaptor or at least make the projector bluetooth capable for the price. I will update when I get the right adaptor.Edit I am going to start off what didn't know when I made this purchase. The adaptor tripod and not being bluetooth capable does not come with this projector. I assume that the tripod would come with the unit due to some of Amazon's/ independent sellers representation or product ad placement. I wrongly assumed that this unit would be bluetooth capable only because most products these days are. Again wrongly assume that the usb-C to HDMI adaptor would come with the unit only because most companies at this caliber usually think to put the necessary equipment in the box because they want you use the product as soon as you receive. I guess lesson learned do my research and don't assume but ask lost of questions.Product review: Kodak pocket projector came very well package. Unboxing the projector I noticed that not only was extremely well made but really sturdy and ready for traveling. If travel for business or fun this would be great to take with you. Kodak didn't disappoint in picture quality it's actually really good. If your on budget I don't recommend buying this projector only because of the extra stuff do need to buy for it. For me I am pleased and have no plans on returning it.

Best set up - sound + projection
This thing is awesome. It fits in your palm and weighs nothing. The sound is pretty low, so I found hooking it up to a JBL Go 2 via 3.5mm audio cable to be the best scenario. The JBL Go 2 is also tiny and fits in the palm of your hand, but has a good bang for it's buck soundwise. It's super easy to set up and works well with a HDMI to USB-C cable to your Ipad, or with a roku or firestick. Best travel kit ever.
