We’ve been using this brand for a while now and they give you your recommended levels of the majority of nutrients in 1 tablet so it is good value and for 2 of us its 2 orders per year really so its good value for us and knowing you are getting some goodness into your body daily is nice to know as we are guilty of not having the best diet. I cant comment on the health side as I didn’t have any issues prior to starting to use this brand but i do believe my hair seems to grow back more rapidly than before and my skin feels smoother than before so i can see some benefit, but for me its more of a maintenance for the body.

Product is excellent. I feel it helps my overall health as I do have some issues with food absorption so taking a quality product like this counteracts these issues and helps to keeps me well. I also take Peak Supps probiotic supplement

Good but, only the package does not close properly

I have been taking those tablets for three months now. I don't really feel less tired but taking 2 a day has really helped my stomach. I used to have almost daily morning bellyache and diarrhea ... all gone!
