In a good way. Can be used in long bar, short bar, dual bar configurations. Has an internal spring you can engage which really works your shoulders. Is it expensive? Through the company website, it cost $149 which is my view is just too expensive. At $99 it is still pricey but I feel works much more effectively than say a bamboo stick. This will give you a good stretches plus a challenging workout as well.

I use this bar for a couple mobility exercises/stretches for my back and shoulders and it has been great. The bar is well made and feels pretty heavy, but the ends are rounded so I'm not worried about damaging anything.

Probar was fun while it lasted. Spring/slide mechanism lasted less than a yea and a half. Warranty is only one year. You can buy better, more durable exercise equipment for less money. Oh, and that doesn't count the extra money you have to spend to get their exercises.

Great product, it works if you use it...

I recently had a range of motion issue with my right arm (frozen shoulder). It’s something that just happens as you get older, I guess. I couldn’t reach up to close the sun roof slider of my car, or put a jacket on without some unusual posturing. Anyway, I heard about the ProBar Mobility bar from a friend and decided to purchase one on Amazon. I used this to get my flexibility back and it was a tremendous help with my right arm's range of motion. It allowed me to stretch in a way you can't without using some sort of tool. I love the product, it’s well made, well packaged, and I consider it a great addition to my workout room!
