Worth the Money!
Have been using this since 3 weeks and the machine has been doing its job steady with VERY GOOD to EXCELLENT wash quality! This is the best part of this THD09SPM model. It seemed little over priced compared to similar models in other brands with same features BUT the ease of use and again the wash quality has been very satisfactory. The delivered product was dent free and installation was smooth. Great Job and KUDOS !

I’ve been using this top load washing machine for a few days now, and overall, I’m very satisfied. It cleans clothes thoroughly, runs quietly, and has a good variety of wash settings. The drum is spacious, making it easy to wash larger loads.

Deep dent observed after few days off installation.
Installation was done in so hurry, that basic defect i.e, deep dent on rear left side of machine couldn't be observed, observed after few days of installation. Now where should I complain for replacement of defective piece, that was only received. Pl look into & guide accordingly....
