Arrived in good condition, easy to use...my first vibration plate. I have a problem keeping track of remotes so I am glad the unit has basic function buttons.So far I have used this mostly when I feel too horrible to do my other activities (jogging, kickscooting, rebounding, cycling, gliding etc) or to loosen joints, reduce pain, wake up etc tho I may start using it more regularly.The instructions indicate it should be some distance from anything! I always make sure it is CLOSE to something within arms reach in case I need it for balance. Sometimes your head will feel spacey or dizzy. If this requirement is so important these should only be sold with the grab bar attached. But I don't stand for long, usually only a few minutes then sit, kneel, arm press etc.Info on how often, how long should be more available for all brands of plates because I might want to start using it more.

This item is the perfect size, and I love the color. So far enjoying 10 minutes per day. I've noticed an increase in energy and overall, well-being. Working on reducing cellulite and being healthier overall. This product is amazing so far. I would give it a 10 out of 10. I added this daily routine to dry brushing, walking, and working out 3 times a week. I have noticed less pain and feeling more mobile. I am attributing my increase in energy to better circulation. Love this product!

I have bad back issues and I am hoping this will help with the sciatica. The first few times using the vibration plate it's actually kind of relaxing. I'm not good at exercising but this should help at 15 minutes a day and a decent workout routine. Seems very sturdy and stable.When you register your lifepro they send you a card for free workout poster showing you how to use it effectively.

Very affordable comparatively to other vibration plates available. I follow an exercise routine and have found that when doing toe lift/heel rocks, weight focused on the back of the plate makes the base become unstable. Use caution doing any exercises where your feet are not centered. However, the functionality of this board at this price point is good. The remote seemed overboard when I purchased, but now I understand it's usefulness. It even feels good if you just choose to stand or sit on it. I have enjoyed the workouts much more with this plate and the rise makes your back toe touches off the board more of a stretch. At 62 I understand the importance of movement and circulation and this makes the exercises more fun.

I love it! First time using it today. I have a coworker who had back surgery the same week I did and her physical therapist recommended a vibration plate to ease the pain. I bought this one and it is unbelievable how much it helped with the pain in my back. This product is very easy to use and put together. It is not heavy so it is easy to move to wherever you want it. It has varying speeds with pre-programmed and manual functions. In as little as 15 to 20 minutes you can really feel it throughout your body. I would recommend.

That in using this for 4 days have seen a reduction in the size of my ankles. Happy

I purchased the life pro vibration plate from a daily deal. It is very easy to set up and comes with a remote. It has different setting for what level you would like to use. I was worried about it being too small and not being able to balance on it but it is perfect. My kids got quite the laugh watching me try it out so it also includes entertainment lol. So far it is perfect.

I use this vibe plate everyday. It's important to drink plenty of water prior and start slow, or you may experience bloating.The acupressure points definitely hurt if you aren't used to them, but you're able to wear sneakers if it's too intense for you.My only complaint is that the time adjustment stopped working after the first use- it only allows for 15 minutes at a time. Otherwise, the remote works well.It's not very heavy and doesn't take up too much space.
